2019 Illinois ASBO Annual Conference

Chapman attorneys Kyle Harding and Anjali Vij spoke at the 2019 Illinois Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) Annual Conference. Kyle presented sessions entitled “Basics of School Finance: Revenues” and “Issues Impacting Financings in the Current Market,” and Anjali presented sessions entitled “Bond Sales: Competitive, Negotiated & Private Placement” and “Bond Continuing Disclosure Amendments, EMMA Tutorial and GASB Update.” Chapman exhibited and additional attorneys from the Illinois Public Finance Department attended the conference.
