The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) has announced an open session meeting of its Board of Directors to take place at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Included among the agenda items subject to vote at the meeting is a memorandum and resolution re: Final Rule to Revise 12 C.F.R. Section 360.6 regarding the treatment of financial assets transferred in connection with a securitization or participation- commonly referred to as the “Securitization Safe Harbor Rule.”
