Chapman is serving as pro bono counsel to Children’s Rights to advocate for and protect vulnerable children in its most recent amicus brief. The brief challenges new regulations that attempt to overturn the 1997 Flores Settlement Agreement’s protections for immigrant children and would allow indefinite detention of children and families.
