Chapman is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2022, Greg Klamrzynski assumed the role of Chief Executive Partner (CEP) as part of the firm’s leadership continuity plan designed to engage the next generation of leaders. Greg succeeds partner Tim Mohan who served a 12-year term as CEP. Greg has practiced law at Chapman for his entire career (26 years), has built a successful commercial lending and sponsor finance practice, and has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving on the Policy Committee, Partner Review Committee, and as a practice group leader. As CEP, Greg assumes responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm while remaining active in his law practice. Chapman extends heartfelt thanks to Tim for his leadership as he continues his asset securitization and bank regulatory practice and collaboration with the Chapman Practice Innovations team.

We have always been focused on finance.
