Overview

Ariel Olson is an associate in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. She focuses her practice on securitization and structured finance, representing issuers, trustees and other financial institutions in a wide variety of transactions involving diverse asset classes.

Ariel also represents investment banks and private equity firms in warehouse lending facilities as well as non-bank alternative lenders in middle market lending transactions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Ariel practiced at Dechert LLP in New York.
