Overview

Liz Fraccaro is a contract specialist on the Chapman Practice Innovations (CPI) team. She reviews, revises, and negotiates confidentiality agreements for firm clients using CPI’s proprietary contract review technology platform. Liz works with CPI, firm attorneys, and clients to ensure material consistency in confidentiality reviews while providing feedback on legal service processes implemented by CPI.

Prior to joining Chapman, Liz worked as a Project Manager with the Antiquities Coalition Financial Crimes Task Force. There she leveraged previous legal experience and her archeology background to support anti money laundering, forgery, and fraud initiatives, and worked to repatriate seized antiquities to their country of origin.
