Chapman served as lead counsel to Clairvest Group Inc. and Clairvest Equity Partners VII in connection with the acquisition and related financing of the Northfield Park racino in Ohio from MGM Resorts International, a transaction valued at approximately $546 million.

This matter represents Chapman’s sixth gaming transaction for Clairvest and further strengthens the firm’s established presence in the gaming industry. The firm advises gaming sponsors, operators, and lenders on complex, highly regulated casino and racino acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the related financing and ongoing operational matters, helping clients navigate the transaction-execution issues unique to the sector.
